Absolutely gorgeous stay
beautiful decor spacious room friendly staff great location
I adored the decor and how spacious the room was! Staff members were friendly and offered help when I needed it. The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions, like the beautiful art gallery.

The breakfast buffet included personalized service with delicious options! The nearby Cellar Door restaurant is also meters away from the hotel. It is such an accessible option. I really enjoyed it!

The room had comfortable beds. I got such a restful sleep. The bathroom was fine with luxury English fittings. Everything felt modern. I especially liked the art within the hotel.

The hotel's main room had such a relaxing atmosphere. I loved it! I really enjoyed the tea and coffee machine that was set out. It was easy to relax in the communal space.

good location arts center feather bed
The hotel location near the Botanical Gardens is quite good. The building has arts center near renovated after earthquakes. It has history. Feather bed feels like a dream after travel.
The front office staff was borderline unpleasant. The check in took over 15 minutes. Hotel facilities were minimal.

underwhelming experience
unfriendly staff limited parking
the rooms decoration, it was acceptable.
the staff wasn't nice. i was like they just didn't care about the guests. the parking was an issue too, it was very limited and quite far from the hotel.
