Absolutely gorgeous stay

I adored the decor and how spacious the room was! Staff members were friendly and offered help when I needed it. The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions, like the beautiful art gallery.
I think the parking fees were a bit expensive! though the location was perfect.

The hotel location near the Botanical Gardens is quite good. The building has arts center near renovated after earthquakes. It has history. Feather bed feels like a dream after travel.
The front office staff was borderline unpleasant. The check in took over 15 minutes. Hotel facilities were minimal.

the staff wasn't nice. i seemed like they just didn't care about the guests. the parking was an issue too, it was very limited and quite far from the hotel.
